Q. Who do you sell to?
A. We sell to contractors, industrials and institutions through our wholesale division and to retail through the showroom.

Q. What do I need to do when I receive a direct shipment from the manufacturer?
A. When material is shipped direct, it becomes your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all material for shortage and damage prior to signing the carrier's freight bill. Failure to note discrepancies on the freight bill indicates your acceptance of the shipment in the condition received. If you give the transportation company a clear receipt for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit, you do so at your own risk and expense.

Since we are unable to assume any liability for the condition of direct shipments, we have put together a document which gives procedures and guidelines for receiving freight from carriers. This would be very helpful in educating anyone who will be responsible for accepting shipments at your place of business or job site. You may request a copy of this document entitled, "Guidelines for Receiving Common Carrier Freight" from any customer service representative at the W.A. Roosevelt Company or click here to download now {pdf format}. The actual filing and processing of any claims is your responsibility.

Q. How can I return a product?
A. Call your branch for a return goods pickup with the following required information: account number, invoice number, date of purchase and item number.
