Most wholesalers in our industry think of themselves as being in the product business.  We at W.A. Roosevelt think quite differently.  Sure, our very strong manufacturing partner relationships and quality products we provide customers are vitally important.  But if that was the scope of our mindset, we’d just be like most everyone else.  The reality is when you’re supporting the construction, contracting, maintenance, and industrial manufacturing industries like we do, to earn business since 1868 like we have, involves much more. 

One of these “much more” areas is providing technical support that can range from installation to decades later.  Whether it’s technical support of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical equipment, our people are absolutely outstanding at after the sale support.  In many cases, our people have worked in the field as a contractor in their field of specialty, and can work with our customers directly on installation support or technical troubleshooting.  This is of great benefit because in most cases the need for this help is immediate.  However, if the circumstance calls for more specialized expertise, our relationships with our manufacturing partners puts us in priority position to quickly involve one of their experts. 

Another area we offer great help to our customers relates to administering product warranties.  In a perfect world, which no one lives in as far as we know, products would never break down.  But…well you know…they just do.  But because our customers offer so many different brands and product families, when equipment does falter during the warranty period it can be a major challenge to follow the correct warranty procedures for either parts or labor.  At W.A. Roosevelt we have organized all our manufacturing partner’s procedures and know the quickest and best approach to getting your customer’s situation resolved.
