The first relates to budgeting, bidding projects, and quotations.  From feasibility studies and creating project budgets to timely competitive bidding of project plans and specifications, to supplying you with the best value-added services in the industry.  From finding energy saving options to value engineering, we're here with you every step of the way to ensure every dollar achieves maximum value for our customer’s customers.

Secondly, we provide design & engineering services.  Our project specialists will either review your project as is, or we can design one from scratch.  We have in-house engineers, designers, and technical support specialists to assist you in getting just what you want when you need it.  Depending on the nature of the project, we can also submit project plans to the State of Wisconsin for code review and compliance.

Thirdly, we can provide project assistance:  Sometimes commercial projects might be out of the normal course of work for many of our customers, but you’re not alone…you've got W.A. Roosevelt as your commercial projects partner!  Building owners and contractors will find that our assistance in project planning, job-site inventory management, communication & coordination, LEED compliance, commissioning, and project close-out is second to none!
