Wouldn’t it be great if everything quit working between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday?!  Of course it would.  Real world?  Not!  Actually, doesn’t it sometimes feel like the exact opposite?  After helping support our customer’s businesses since 1868, we certainly know that part of being a great business partner is making sure our work clocks match our customers…which is 24/7.  Does this mean we’ll be up there on a roof with you at 2 a.m. when it’s –20° out?  In body "no"…in spirit "yes".  But we certainly will help get materials you need when most other businesses are “off the clock”.  Try that at the big box stores!

What’s our charge for doing this?  Let’s first answer that question for our competitors.  “Well it’s $100 in cash, but if you’re a good customer it’s $50, but if you’re a really good customer we won’t charge you but you can’t tell a soul…”.  So again, what’s our charge for doing this?  W.A. Roosevelt makes it simple, it’s the same shape as a donut – zero!
