Delivery When You Need It!

A couple of years ago, one of our associates asked why our deliveries were centered around our schedule rather than our customers.  The answer, of course, was because that’s how we had been doing it for over 100 years.  But that simple question drove us to start completely rethinking our delivery concept and now we have W.A. Roosevelt’s “Ready4You” delivery process.

Ready4You delivery is built on a very simple concept…delivering when you need it, instead of when it fits into our delivery schedule.  Now rather than having to place your orders based on “W.A Roosevelt delivery days”, you can order for delivery when you and your customers need it…whatever day of the week that happens to be! Now our La Crosse routing is very “dynamic”.

Each day you’ll receive an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN).  That’s a fancy way of saying a notification e-mail.  This ASN will be sent to you the evening prior to your delivery, and will include an anticipated 60-minute delivery time window, delivery address, W.A. Roosevelt order numbers and dollar values. 

With this ASN, you’ll either be able to see your delivery times either the night before if you have that e-mail capability, or the morning of your delivery.  This, coupled with the fact you can now get W.A. Roosevelt deliveries when you need it, you’ll have all the information needed to schedule your day.
